This has been recognised at this year\u2019s JF Northey Memorial Book Award with congratulations to <strong><em>Scott Optican<\/em><\/strong> and<strong><em> Elisabeth McDonald<\/em><\/strong> (General Editors) as well as <em><strong>Alexandra Allen-Franks, Andrea Ewing, Fionnghuala Cuncannon, Jack Oliver-Hood <\/strong><\/em>and<em><strong> Nick Whittington<\/strong><\/em> for being awarded the 2024 Legal Research Foundation Writing award with their book <a href=\"https:\/\/store.thomsonreuters.co.nz\/mahoney-on-evidence-act-and-analysis-2nd-edition\/productdetail\/130255\">&#8220;Mahoney on Evidence Act and Analysis&#8221;<\/a> and <em><strong>Nicola Peart<\/strong><\/em> who received a Highly Commended for <a href=\"https:\/\/store.thomsonreuters.co.nz\/trusts-act-2019-act-and-analysis\/productdetail\/130389\">\u201cTrusts Act 2019: Act &amp; Analysis\u201d<\/a>, both published by Thomson Reuters New Zealand.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>These authors are not the only Thomson Reuters authors to win this award.
