This has been recognised at this year’s JF Northey Memorial Book Award with congratulations to Kevin Hille, Carwyn Jones and Damen Ward for being awarded the 2023 Legal Research Foundation Writing award with their book “Treaty Law Principles of the Treaty of Waitangi in Law and Practice” published by Thomson Reuters New Zealand.
