This has been recognised at this year’s JF Northey Memorial Book Award with congratulations to Scott Optican and Elisabeth McDonald (General Editors) as well as Alexandra Allen-Franks, Andrea Ewing, Fionnghuala Cuncannon, Jack Oliver-Hood and Nick Whittington for being awarded the 2024 Legal Research Foundation Writing award with their book “Mahoney on Evidence Act and Analysis” and Nicola Peart who received a Highly Commended for “Trusts Act 2019: Act & Analysis”, both published by Thomson Reuters New Zealand.
